Short Personal Description: 

I grew up in Loveland, Colorado and have always loved the outdoors, sports and exercise! I moved to Flagstaff, Arizona in 2007 where I met my husband, Alex. We were married in 2013 and have two kids.

Educational and Professional Background: 

I attended Northern Arizona University In Flagstaff, AZ. I graduated in 2011 with a bachelors degree in Health Science: Physical Education, Health and Biology. I started my teaching career in 2012 at Kinsey Community School in Flagstaff, AZ in 2012 and have been at Rocky since 2015. I received my national group exercise certification in 2009 and have taught fitness and group exercise classes at a variety of facilities since 2009.

Interest & Hobbies: 

I love the outdoors and I love being active. I love hiking, camping, skiing, softball, teaching, and adventuring in the mountains with my family.
